Manager and receptionist provide one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Saw a man with feces running down his leg looking for assistance but nobody was there to help him. Immediately knew this is a place that I couldn’t trust leaving my loved ones.

When I toured I saw engaged and happy residents in assisted living and memory care. I also saw the staff involved with their care in a way that made me comfortable my dad would be well looked after. The blending of the communities was also a big selling point thru the flourishing program and great programming available per each residents abilities and meeting individual needs. If your loved one stays up late or sleeps in longer than most, there is an option for meeting this in one’s care plan if needed. I don’t have to tell you how nice the amenities are Nd programming is top notch. I’m excited to watch my dad grow here

My grandmother have lived at Village Park for almost 3 years and i must say this was by far the best decision we could have ever made. when she first moved here my grandfather had just passed away and she felt like she had no reason to live, so we thought it would be a great idea to move her around other people so she could be more social and try to keep her mind off his passing, for the first few days she stayed in her room but the caregiver and staff made it there business to go get her everyday and bring her down to social events and also bring her down to meals so that she could socialize with the other residents. Well soon after they didn’t have to go get her, she started making friends and actually enjoying the events that they have. They have so many activities and outings that the residents can do. my grandmother never wants us to come pick her up and take her anywhere because she says she has all she needs right there where she is. If it wasn’t for Village Park i don’t think my grandmother would have made it due to depression and loneliness. I thank Village Park for there wonderful care team for giving my grandmother a second chance at life!!!! So if you’re looking for a p

I will happily recommend Village Park Alpharetta! My mom and I searched all over Atlanta for a great place for my parents to move. From the very beginning, my mom felt at home at VPA. They moved in about a month ago and they are extremely happy. The social activities are endless and my dad has gotten more social interaction than we could have ever hoped for in the first month. The apartment is beautiful and the property is so nice. They love the food and the people have been tremendous. If you are searching for a new home or if you are like me and you are searching for a safe place for your parents, go see Barb at Village Park Alpharetta. She will take great care of you!

If you are trying to find a good place for your loved one to live, all I can say is go see Village Park Alpharetta for yourself. At first I thought the residents were paid actors because they are so happy and friendly. And to me, that speaks volumes. The care staff and the kitchen staff, the Maintenence staff and all the way up to administration, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. They listened to us and adapted to our schedule and needs. They were all about making sure we felt at home. I wish we had done it sooner.my lady didn’t want to go out much where we were but at Village park the activities are so much fun we really looked forward to going. They had an auction one time and gave us a paddle and a cup of corn kernels. For 6 corn kernels we got me a pair of brand new boots and my lady a necklace. They had casino night and my lady won a nice prize for best dressed at the Kentucky derby party. The food is better than Sunrise Senior Living, I can tell you that. I could go on and on but you really should go see for yourself. They are a great, caring, group of people that do everything they can to enhance your quality of life. We are big fans!
